Clarity Health is a virtual, root-cause clinic built to reverse chronic gut conditions. We combine comprehensive intakes, advanced functional diagnostics, and a thoughtfully designed technology platform to help each Clarity member uncover why their symptoms exist in the first place. Our clinicians support them on a multi-month journey back to health. The Role
We're looking for a licensed Clinician to deliver high-quality, deeply personal care virtually. This is a role for a practitioner who is energized by functional lab data, especially stool and microbiome testing, and who finds real satisfaction in building evidence-informed protocols focused on root causes.
Great functional care is hard to deliver when you're also the billing department, the marketing team, and IT support. We've built a clinic intentionally designed to lift that weight and surround you with the best of technology, tools, and community. The Clarity platform supports you across billing, scheduling, visit notes, care plan design, clinical research and more, so you can spend your time where it matters most.
What You'll Do
- Care for members 1:1 through virtual visits, building trusted relationships across their healing journey.
- Interpret functional lab data, with a strong emphasis on stool and microbiome testing, to surface the underlying drivers of each member's symptoms.
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed protocols that focus on root causes.
- Build comprehensive care plans spanning nutrition and dietary strategy, lifestyle (movement, sleep, stress), and targeted supplementation and microbial therapies.

Practice within a tech-enabled ecosystem designed to streamline your workflow and elevate the quality of care.
Who You Are
- Licensed & Practicing — you hold an active ND, NP, MD, or DO license in good standing in your practicing state(s). You carry current professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
- Experienced — at least 2–3 years of clinical practice, ideally with exposure to gut health, dysbiosis, and microbiome-focused care.
- Gut-focused — genuinely passionate about functional approaches to gut health and comfortable using antimicrobials and microbiome-modulating therapies.
- Discerning — evidence-based and thoughtful in your clinical decision-making.
- Forward-looking — excited about practicing within a technology- and AI-enabled model of care.
